Babak Hamidian, a talented and accomplished Iranian theater and film actor, was born in the year 1980 in Tehran, Iran. Throughout his illustrious career, he has received numerous accolades, including two prestigious Crystal Simorgh awards for Best Supporting Actor at the Fajr Film Festival, for his outstanding performances in the films "Che" and "Rastakhiz".
As a prominent figure in the Iranian film industry, Hamidian has had the privilege of working alongside some of the country's most renowned directors, including Pooran Derakhshandeh, Ahmad Reza Darvish, Ebrahim Hatamikia, Mohammad Ali Najafi, and Bahman Farmanara.
Prior to embarking on his professional acting career, Hamidian pursued higher education at Azad University, where he earned a degree in Art Direction. His early artistic endeavors began when he enrolled in Atila Pesyani's classes for theater acting, and he later became an integral part of the "Baazi" group, which was led by the same esteemed instructor, Atila Pesyani.
