In 2018, she gained widespread recognition for her role in the popular Kenyan web series "This is Life," which paved the way for her to feature in award-winning shows and stage plays such as "My Two Wives," "Man Moments," and "Decompress" in 2019.
Rowa's success in short films is equally impressive. She starred in "Sungura," a film that won the Best Extended Cinema - Focus Africa award at the Malatesta Short Film Festival 2021 in Italy and has since been selected in over 5 international film festivals.
Her latest achievements include starring in the tragic love story "Leaving Isiolo," which won the Best International Short Film award at the Nashville Black Film Festival 2021 and has been officially selected in film festivals worldwide, including Atlanta, Prague, Zanzibar, and the NBO film festival in her home country.
