His educational journey began in his hometown, where he completed his primary school education and showcased his talent by playing the iconic role of Ravana in the city's Ramleela. This early exposure to the world of acting led him to pursue his passion at the prestigious National School of Drama (New Delhi),where he honed his craft.

Ashutosh Rana's professional career in television commenced with the popular serial "Swabhimaan," followed by numerous other notable serials, including "Farz," "Saazish," "Kabhi Kabhi," and "Waris."
