Arlene Burns, a talented individual, was born on November 27, 1954, in the vibrant city of New York, specifically in the Bronx, where she began her journey.
As the daughter of William and Julia Bermudez, Arlene was raised with strong family values and a sense of determination. She graduated from Glen Cove High School in Glen Cove, Long Island, New York, in 1972, marking a significant milestone in her life.
After completing her education, Arlene began her professional career, working for Breslin Realty in Westbury, New York. Her experience and skills in the real estate industry laid the foundation for her future endeavors.
In addition to her professional pursuits, Arlene also had a passion for the performing arts. She acted in two movies, both of which were shot on location in Long Island, New York. In Vermilion Eyes (1990),she played the role of the sister, while in The Bloody Ape (1997),she portrayed the character of Ginger.
Later in life, Arlene made the decision to relocate to Florida, where she lived with her mother. She spent the last nine years of her life working as a bookkeeper for LJ Schmier in Boca Raton, Florida. Her dedication and expertise in bookkeeping allowed her to make a significant impact in her role.
Arlene's love for restoring antique furniture was another aspect of her personality that brought her great joy. She had a keen eye for detail and a deep appreciation for the craftsmanship and history that went into creating these beautiful pieces.
Sadly, Arlene's life was cut short when she passed away on December 5, 2014, at the age of sixty, due to breast cancer. Her legacy lives on through the memories of those who knew her and the impact she had on their lives.
