After dedicating 15 years to a successful career in corporate IT and technical support, Ari embarked on a new journey, earning a degree in Physical Film Production from the prestigious University of Southern California's School of Cinematic Arts.
During his time at USC, Ari spent a significant amount of his extra-curricular hours honing his skills on the university's state-of-the-art motion capture stage.
From 2017 to 2020, Ari served as the West Coast Operations Manager for Noitom International, where he was responsible for building and managing the company's Los Angeles-based motion capture stage. Throughout this period, he contributed to the development of various VR experiences, animated short films, and indie games.
In 2020, Ari expanded his professional horizons by collaborating with renowned industry leaders, including Digital Domain, House of Moves, Super Alloy Interactive, Sony Innovation Studios, Jim Henson Studios, and The Mocap Vaults, as a motion or performance capture technician.
Currently, from 2022 to 2024, Ari is working with Scanline VFX and Eyeline Studios, occupying the dual roles of Motion Capture Stage Manager and member of their Virtual Production and Volumetric Capture Stage Crew.
