As a director, Garriga has helmed three documentary feature films, each one a testament to his unique vision and skill. "An American Satan" (2019) garnered critical acclaim, including a Critics Choice Award and the Best Director prize at the Sant Cugat Fantastic IFF in 2020. His previous documentaries, "American Jesus" (2013) and "Introspective" (2007),have also received widespread recognition, with "American Jesus" winning the Audience Award at the Berlin Spanische Film Festival in 2014 and being picked up by major streaming platforms such as Netflix USA, Vutopia Time-Warner, and Hulu.
