Antonio Reed, a native of Folkston, Georgia, a small town with a population of approximately 2,000 people, where everyone is connected in some way, and there is no Walmart, just one grocery store. He is the only son of his mother, with four sisters, two older and two younger. Growing up, Antonio was fascinated with English, Language Arts, and American Literature, which sparked his ambition to become a writer. He has penned over 60 poems and short stories, aspiring to publish them one day. Despite his passion for writing, Antonio's focus shifted to Acting after auditioning for the Advanced Drama Department of Camden County High School in 2005. He was accepted into the program and remained until his graduation in 2007.
Antonio's journey into Acting began at his local church, where he often played the role of Jesus. However, it was during his time in the Advanced Drama Program that he experienced an almost out-of-body connection with the craft of Acting. In a production of John Guare's "A Few Stout Individuals," Antonio delivered a monologue as General Ulysses S. Grant's servant Harrison, which brought many in the audience to tears. He received widespread praise from his fellow cast members and audience members, who were touched and moved by his passionate performance.
Currently, Antonio resides in Los Angeles, California, where he is pursuing a career in film Acting and film Making, striving for more out-of-body experiences.
