Antonio grew up in Romulus, Michigan, with his mother and two brothers, surrounded by love despite financial struggles. When they lost their home, his mother taught him to persevere through tough times. He was raised by a single mother, who motivated him to be the best version of himself. Antonio had big aspirations to become an actor or professional athlete, earning the nickname Tony D for his speed.
As a young boy, he was fascinated by hip-hop, breakdancing, and acting. He participated in talent shows, performing on stage, and even wrote his own plays. His cousin started a rap group, giving him the name Psych Nasty, and Antonio discovered his passion for entertainment.
Throughout his high school years, Antonio was known as the class clown, but also as a caring, intelligent, and creative person. He faced many challenges, including living without his father and resorting to the streets for a sense of belonging. However, having his first child at 18 changed his perspective, and he redirected his focus towards success.
Antonio attended trade school, where he excelled and became a student team leader. He participated in stage plays and had the opportunity to play college football before an ankle injury ended his athletic career. Despite his disappointment, he never gave up and instead focused on completing his studies.
After trade school, Antonio became a repair tech and eventually met a friend who encouraged him to pursue a solo rap career. This sparked his passion for music, and he began making songs with his friend. Antonio's writing skills and early development of rhythm made rapping come naturally to him.
With his newfound faith and hunger for success, Antonio resigned from his corporate job and sold everything he owned to pursue his true passion for acting. He completed acting school at John Robert Powers and went on to face numerous challenges, including living in his van during the cold Michigan winters while attending auditions.
Through his perseverance and determination, Antonio became a professional entertainer, landing roles in over sixteen films, music videos, national stage plays, print ads, TV commercials, and an ABC TV show. Antonio does not regret his difficult past, as it has given him the strength and courage to overcome any obstacle and pursue his dreams.
