Antonio Cupo, a talented individual, was born in the vibrant city of Vancouver, Canada, where he initially honed his skills as a stage performer. His early years were marked by a fascination with both psychology and acting, which led him to enroll at the University of British Columbia, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree while simultaneously launching his career as an actor.
As his career progressed, Cupo made the bold decision to relocate to the entertainment capital of Los Angeles, where he was soon presented with numerous opportunities in film and television, rubbing shoulders with industry giants such as Steven Spielberg and James Cameron.
His subsequent starring role in the highly acclaimed TV series, Elisa Di Rivombrosa, also known as the most-watched TV series in the history of Italian television, catapulted him to international fame and opened the doors to a plethora of other opportunities, including collaborations with Academy Award winners Penelope Cruz in Elegy and F. Murray Abraham in Carnera The Walking Mountain, Barbarossa, and September 11 1683.
After a successful stint in television, Cupo returned to the world of theatre, embarking on a 135-show tour in the beloved Rogers and Hammerstein's musical, Cinderella, where he brought the charming Prince to life. Additionally, he shot the world campaign for Rolex, working alongside the acclaimed film director Joe Carnahan, known for his work on The Grey.
In a subsequent move back to North America, Cupo starred in the TV series Bomb Girls alongside the talented Meg Tilly and ICE with the esteemed Donald Sutherland. He has also recently co-starred in 10 episodes of the CBS series Blood and Treasure, while simultaneously producing movies such as "A Brush with Love" and "Love Under the Olive Tree" for Crown Media/Hallmark.
