Biography of Latino Filmmaker, Falcón:
Falcón, a talented Latino Filmmaker, grew up in one of the most impoverished and dangerous areas of the Bay Area. Despite the harsh environment, he found solace in the church, which played a significant role in his family's survival.
As he matured, Falcón discovered his passion for storytelling and began to experiment with filmmaking. Before his debut microfeature in 2008, he created six short films, which garnered significant recognition, earning ten official selections and eventually being released on DVD.
Falcón's professional journey took an exciting turn when he joined AMI (Anders Media, Inc),a music company that was rapidly expanding its media production capabilities. With a remarkable track record of producing over 800 songs for the popular TV series "Glee," Falcón quickly rose through the ranks, becoming the head of TV/Film for the company.
During his tenure at AMI, Falcón was responsible for developing various projects, directing music videos, and producing sizzles. His impressive portfolio includes music production supervision for notable projects such as ABC's "Dirty Dancing" remake, DreamWorks' "Captain Underpants," and FOX's "The Passion." Moreover, he created and produced 120 episodes of the LATAM Nickelodeon Music Series "Kally's Mashup."
After leaving AMI in late 2019, Falcón transitioned to freelancing, taking on the role of Music Production Supervisor for NBC's "Perfect Harmony." He also ventured into theater, writing, directing, and producing a one-act play in Argentina, which he later adapted into a short film.
Before the COVID-19 pandemic, Falcón began working on the Discovery Kid's upcoming Music TV series "Alex and Alux" in Mexico City. Although the project is currently on hold due to the pandemic, he recently produced a musical Nickelodeon film in Colombia, which premiered on Paramount + in August 2021. Falcón is currently represented by Range Media Partners.
