Biography

Angelica Panganiban, a remarkable individual, was born on November 4, 1986, in Payatas, Quezon City, a city rich in history and culture. Her biological mother, a Filipina, sadly passed away in 2008, and was laid to rest in Singapore, leaving behind a lasting legacy. Her biological father, Mark Charlson, an American from Iowa, United States, and a former member of the prestigious US Navy, played a significant role in shaping her life. Panganiban, who acquired her surname from her adoptive family, has a unique and inspiring story to tell.

Panganiban's educational journey began at St. Vincent School in Teacher's Village, Quezon City, where she completed elementary school in 1999. She then continued her studies at the same school's Main campus along West Avenue, graduating from high school in 2003. During her high school years, she was an outstanding student, earning the titles of Junior-Senior Prom Princess in 2002 and Miss Junior and Senior Prom in 2003. Her academic excellence was complemented by her extracurricular activities, including being a cheerleader and a Feature Editor in their school newspaper.

After completing high school, Panganiban pursued higher education at Thames International Business School, where she majored in Mass Communication. However, she later transferred to Ateneo de Manila University, one of the most prestigious institutions in the Philippines, and graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Creative Writing.
