Andy Cohn, a remarkable individual from Arizona, was born to Lee and Judy Cohn. His life took an unexpected turn at the tender age of sixteen, when he suffered a severe spinal injury in an accident that left him a quadriplegic.
Despite this setback, Cohn remained determined and found solace in wheelchair rugby. He started playing in 1997 and, through sheer dedication and perseverance, became an integral part of the U.S. Quad Paralympics team.
Throughout his illustrious career, Cohn achieved numerous accolades, including:
* The bronze medal in the 2004 and 2012 Paralympic Games
* The gold medal in the 2008 Paralympic Games
* The gold medal in the 2006, 2008, and 2012 Canada Cup
* The gold medal in the 2002, 2006, and 2010 World Championships

In addition to his impressive athletic feats, Cohn was recognized as the U.S. Quad Rugby Association Athlete of the Year in 2002 and graduated from Arizona State University in 2003.
