Andrea Gavric was born and raised in Belgrade, Serbia, where she developed an early interest in the performing arts. At the age of nine, while attending the prestigious "Svetozar Miletic" elementary school, she began studying music, which would become a significant part of her life. She graduated from the renowned "Kosta Manojlovic" Music School, where she majored in piano, vocals, music theory, and choir.
As a child, Andrea also discovered her passion for dance, joining her neighborhood's hip-hop dance group. She further honed her skills at the respected "Lujo Davico" State Ballet School. Additionally, she was part of the UMS (United Multitalented Stars) talent school, where she received training in acting, journalism, modeling, singing, and dance. The school's talent agency signed her, and she began appearing in TV shows, fashion shows, and acting in plays and festivals.
Andrea's thirst for knowledge led her to attend Tourism High School at the age of 15, where she studied business, hospitality, and tourism. This experience allowed her to develop valuable skills in these areas. She was also selected to participate in the prestigious SYLP (Serbia Youth Leadership Program) 2010 in Washington DC and Seattle, a program sponsored by the US Department of State's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs and the Embassy of the USA in Belgrade, Serbia.
Upon completing the program, Andrea founded the "Club of the Serbian Talents," an organization sponsored by the U.S. Department of State. She taught young people the basics of acting, dancing, and singing, and helped them express their talents. This experience not only nurtured her passion for the arts but also allowed her to develop leadership skills.
At the age of 17, while working in the entertainment industry, running a youth organization, and graduating early as an excellent student, Andrea was also working as a hotel manager. Her remarkable accomplishments may have led others to perceive her as an overachiever, but she has always felt driven to push herself further.
Raised speaking Serbian as her native language, Andrea also speaks English fluently and has studied German and French in school. She learned Spanish herself, which she speaks with native-like fluency. Her multilingualism has allowed her to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
In 2012, Andrea moved to the United States and attended "The American Academy of Dramatic Arts" in Los Angeles, America's first and foremost acting conservatory. Apart from her passion for performing arts, Andrea enjoys writing songs and scripts, modeling, photography, making films, and being creative in every possible way. She is also skilled in playing sports, martial arts, and yoga.
Andrea is an environmentalist and practices a healthy lifestyle. In January 2020, she traveled to Colombia as Miss Serbia, International queen of Coffee, to represent her country at the Reinado Internacional del Café.
