André Sogliuzzo, a native of New York City, began his career in the New York Theater. His screen debut was a notable one, opposite the legendary Al Pacino in Pacino's Richard III project, "Looking For Richard," released in 1996.
Prior to his transition into voice acting, André had already made a mark in film, with roles in Disney's "Iron Will" (1994) and Nora Ephron's "You've Got Mail" (1998). However, it was in the world of voice acting that he truly found his calling.
Throughout his career, André has had the pleasure of working with some of the most esteemed figures in the industry, including Tom Hanks, Bob Zemekis, Taylor Hackford, Andrew Adamson, and Adam Sandler. Since relocating to Los Angeles, he has covered a wide range of projects in the voice-acting field.
As a voice-match artist, André has had the opportunity to loop for notable actors such as Russell Crowe, Gene Hackman, Jack Nicholson, and Clint Eastwood. His animated feature work includes notable roles in films such as "The Polar Express" (2005),"Lion King 1 & 1/2" (2004),"Mulan 2" (2004),and Disney's "The Wild" (2006).
In addition to his work in film, André has also had a successful career in live radio dramas with L.A. Theater Works, performing in productions such as "Breaking The Code" and "Sixteen Wounded." He has also contributed numerous voices to various animated TV series, including "Family Guy," "American Dad," "Jackie Chan Adventures," "Stewart Little," "Invader Zim," "Father Of the Pride," "Samurai Jack," "Celebrity Deathmatch," and "The Avatar."
André's impressive resume also includes a plethora of video game titles, in which he has voiced characters in close to a hundred games. Some of his notable roles include Puss N' Boots in the "Shrek" games and Tony Montana in Vivendi Universal's "Scarface: The World Is Yours."
