After graduating from high school, Andray made the bold decision to join the U.S. Marines, forgoing the traditional college route. His time in the Marines was a defining period in his life, instilling in him the discipline and resilience that would benefit him in his future pursuits.

Following his stint in the Marines, Andray relocated to San Diego, where he enrolled in college and took on two part-time jobs to support himself. Despite the demands of his busy schedule, he remained steadfast in his dream of becoming an actor.
