Ana Polina Tapia Rousiouk, a multifaceted creative force born in 1993 in the province of Québec, boasts a rich cultural heritage stemming from her Ecuadorian and Ukrainian roots.

As a composer, editor, sound designer, and director, she has consistently pushed the boundaries of her craft, delving into the realm of sound and listening to craft unique and thought-provoking works.

In 2014, Ana Polina Tapia Rousiouk made her directorial debut with the documentary film "Les pratiquants", an in-depth exploration of the symbolic significance of playing a musical instrument, as observed through the eyes of students at the prestigious Vincent-d'Indy music academy.

Fast-forward to 2022, Ana co-directed her debut feature film, "Le rêve et la radio" (The Dream and the Radio),alongside Renaud Després-Larose, which premiered at the esteemed International Film Festival Rotterdam that same year.
