Born in St. Louis, Missouri, Amy made the bold decision to relocate to San Francisco at the tender age of nine, fueled by vivid imaginations of swaying palm trees and glamorous movie stars. However, it didn't take her long to realize that the palm trees and celebrities she had envisioned were, in fact, residing in Los Angeles, and thus, she packed her bags and set her sights on Hollywoodland as soon as she turned 18.
Amy's journey took an unexpected detour when she spent a year traveling and performing on stages across England, honing her craft and broadening her horizons. Following this enriching experience, she graduated from UCLA's esteemed School of Theater, Film and Television, marking a significant milestone in her artistic development.
Amy's transition from the stage to the screen was facilitated by her casting as Cheree in the feature film "Stalled," a role that showcased her versatility and range as a performer. Since then, she has appeared in a multitude of independent films and a select few television roles, most notably as the enigmatic and complex Snakeskin and her sweet, gentle alter ego Miss Scott in Nickelodeon's popular series "Supah Ninjas."
In addition to her impressive on-screen presence, Amy is also a skilled voiceover artist, having lent her voice to a wide range of toys and video game characters, including the iconic Cloe, the Talking Bratz Doll. Amy continues to thrive on the stages of Los Angeles, making a career out of playing characters with a unique, offbeat edge.
