Amber Rose's journey in the entertainment industry began at the tender age of 5 months, when she started acting in 1987. At this young age, she landed a role in a short film for Amy, a young director at USC, where she played the part of a little baby boy.
As she grew older, Amber Rose continued to pursue her passion for acting, landing roles in several TV movies of the week, including "Face of Love" in 1991, alongside Cheryl Ladd and Angela Bassett. She also appeared in "Locked Up: A Mother's Rage" with Angela Bassett and "The Girl Who Came Between Them" in 1990.
In addition to her acting career, Amber Rose has also pursued her passion for music. She started writing her own original music at the age of 11 and taught herself to play the guitar at 12. She has been home recording music since her first home demo in 1997.
