Biography

Amber Goldfarb is a talented Canadian Screen Award-nominated actor, renowned for her versatility in both French and English television shows. Her impressive resume boasts a wide range of credits, including Cavendish on CBC, The Bold Type on Freeform and Amazon Prime, 19-2 on Bravo, Ransom on CBS and Global, Lost Girl on SyFy and Showcase, King on Showcase, Being Human on SyFy and Space, Trauma on Radio-Canada, Musée Eden on Radio-Canada, St-Nickel on Unis TV, and two seasons of Ronald D. Moore's sci-fi series Helix on SyFy and Showcase.

In recent years, Amber has made notable appearances in television shows such as Bellevue on CBC and WGN, Love Locks on Hallmark, and Season 1 of the highly acclaimed mini-series Bad Blood on FX and Netflix, starring alongside Kim Coates and Anthony LaPaglia.

The digital sphere has also been a significant platform for Amber, with appearances in the Emmy award-winning series Guidestones and as a leading ensemble character in season 2 of Geek & Sundry's hit web series LARPs, executive produced by Felicia Day, for which she received a Canadian Screen Nomination for Best Actress in a Series Produced for Digital Media.

A graduate of the prestigious Canadian Film Centre, Amber has also made a mark in the film industry, with supporting roles in the comedy feature Appiness, directed by Eli Batalion, and the dramedy Venus, directed by award-winning filmmaker Eisha Marjara, for which she won Best Actress at the Canada China International Film Festival.

In addition to her on-screen work, Amber has lent her voice and body (via motion capture) to over 20 video games, including Batman: Arkham Knight, Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, Far Cry: Primal, Watchdogs I & II, For Honour, Vampyr, Shadow of the Tomb Raider, and 9 of the Assassin's Creed games. Her portrayal of Aveline de Grandpré, the first female protagonist in the Assassin's Creed series, in Assassin's Creed III: Liberation, earned her an ACTRA Award nomination for Outstanding Performance in a Video Game.

Upcoming appearances for Amber include a leading role in the Turner (WarnerMedia) horror comedy Vicious Fun, a guest starring role in season two of Blood & Treasure, and a recurring role in the new Netflix series Sex/Life.
