As a quiet child, she found solace in writing stories and poetry, using this creative outlet as a means of self-expression. With a family legacy steeped in artistry and entertainment, Amaris's roots run deep, tracing back to her paternal grandmother, Elsie Hood Samuel, who was first cousins with none other than the legendary Barry Gordy.
Throughout her career, Amaris has had the privilege of sharing the stage with a variety of talented performers, including the renowned Kenny Latimore, the sultry Tamika Scott, and the captivating Dondria Nicole, in a range of theatre and musical productions.
