Almudena Carracedo is a renowned and accomplished documentary filmmaker, boasting a plethora of prestigious awards and accolades to her name. Among her numerous accomplishments, she produced and directed, alongside Robert Bahar, the Netflix Original documentary "You Are Not Alone", which has garnered a massive global audience, reaching an impressive #3 worldwide ranking among non-English films on the popular streaming platform.
In addition to her work on "You Are Not Alone", Carracedo and Bahar also co-produced and directed "The Silence of Others", a critically acclaimed documentary that has won numerous awards, including the Berlinale Panorama Audience Award, the Goya Award, a Peabody Award, two Emmy Awards, and was even shortlisted for an Academy Award. Their earlier documentary, "Made in L.A.", also earned them an Emmy Award.
