Biography

Ana Beltran's Hollywood career began in the uncredited role of Miss Guatemala in the 1945 film Pan-Americana. Over the course of the next 57 years, she played an astonishing 80+ roles in film and television, often portraying Mexican women, family matriarchs, and senoritas.

Throughout her extensive career, Beltran made guest appearances in numerous popular TV series, including The F.B.I. in 1965, Bonanza in 1959, Lou Grant in 1977, Knight Rider in 1982, The A-Team in 1983, and The Jeffersons in 1975.

In film, she appeared in notable movies such as Jubilee Trail, Marathon Man in 1976, Oh, God! Book II in 1980, and most recently in Ghost in 1990, which co-starred Demi Moore, Patrick Swayze, and Whoopi Goldberg. Her final film credit was in the 2002 comedy Buying the Cow.

Ana Beltran passed away in Northridge, California in 2007.
