Biography

Born in Vancouver, Canada, actress Chloe Rose Ali began her acting career at an astonishingly young age of four, after being scouted for a national car commercial. This early start propelled her directly into the world of film and television, with a supporting lead role in the feature film "Personal Effects" alongside acclaimed actresses Michelle Pfeiffer and Kathy Bates. The following year, Ali's talent and versatility were showcased through a string of guest starring roles in television series, including Supernatural, Fringe, Smallville, Motive, Once Upon a Time, Falling Skies, The Man in the High Castle, You, Me, Her, and When Calls the Heart.

As she continued to grow and hone her craft, Ali's talent was recognized at the tender age of 11 when she landed her first lead role in the Hallmark Hall of Fame movie "One Christmas Eve", directed by Jay Russell and starring Anne Heche. This performance earned her a Young Artist Award nomination. Ali's subsequent lead role in the Hallmark movie "Campfire Kiss" opposite Danica McKellar garnered her a Joey award for best leading actress for her portrayal of Lacey Reynolds.

Ali's first starring role was in the independent film "The Corruption of Divine Providence", where she played the complex and troubled character of Jeanne Seraphin, a 16-year-old girl kidnapped from a small French Canadian town and caught in the midst of a religious power struggle. This was followed by her lead role in the Lifetime movie "Blind at 17" and the Fox Feature "Breakthrough" opposite Chrissy Metz, both of which are expected to be released in 2019.

In July 2019, Ali landed the series regular role of Tully Hart in the highly anticipated Netflix series "Firefly Lane", an adaptation of Kristin Hannah's novel. The series follows the enduring friendship of Kate and Tully from their teenage years to their 40s, with Ali playing teenage Tully in the 1970s. This role marks a significant milestone in Ali's career, as she takes on the complex and multifaceted character of Tully, a smart, gorgeous, and effortlessly cool wild child who is both captivating and flawed.

Throughout her career, Ali has demonstrated an innate ability to play complex and disturbed characters, and is drawn to the challenges and nuances that these roles present. With a true passion for acting and a dedication to her craft, Ali continues to train privately to hone her skills and push the boundaries of her talent.
