As the founder of Erica Starling Productions Ltd, an independent documentary production company based in Belfast, she has established herself as a driving force in the industry.
Throughout her illustrious career, Alison has been a regular contributor to the Channel 4 investigative documentary series Dispatches, bringing her expertise and storytelling abilities to the forefront.
