Alexandra Ozie Marie Bailey, a talented individual, was born on September 12 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where she was raised by her entrepreneurial father, Derek Bailey, in the vibrant cities of Philadelphia and Washington D.C.
From a young age, Alexandra's passion for acting was evident, as she began performing in school productions, and by the time she was 15, she was already taking the stage at the prestigious Folger Theater, having made the educational and professional decision to focus on Shakespearean theater.
At the age of 18, Alexandra made the bold move to Edinburgh, Scotland, to attend The University of Edinburgh, but she later transferred to the University of London, where she studied English and Drama, further honing her craft.
At the age of 20, alongside her business partner Jennifer McGregor, Alexandra founded her own theater company, Tightlaced Productions, a site-specific theater company that has produced several acclaimed performances in both the US and UK, including Romeo and Juliet, Richard III, and Miss Julie.
Alexandra's impressive career continued to flourish, and at the age of 23, she was cast in her first feature-length film, Tango Macbeth, directed by Nadine Patterson, where she took on the iconic role of Lady Macbeth.
