Alexandra Anthony is a multi-talented actress, writer/director, and dancer who has performed globally for both stage and screen. She has made a name for herself in the entertainment industry with her versatility and range.
Recently, Alexandra starred in the indie feature film "Fantastic", which premiered at the prestigious 66th Berlinale Film Festival. She also appeared in the award-winning film "Halfway to Hell" and received critical acclaim for her role as a transgender man. Her other notable film credits include "Dark Skies" alongside Keri Russell and J.K. Simmons, and "Chicago Eight" starring Philip Baker Hall and Danny Masterson.
On stage, Alexandra has toured the United Kingdom in "The History of the Big Bands", performing alongside Darius Campbell and bringing audiences back to the magic of the Big Band Era. She is a graduate of the prestigious American Repertory Theater at Harvard University, where she earned a Master's in Fine Arts and performed at the renowned Moscow Art Theater in Russia.
Alexandra's most recent project is the original web-comedy "The Last Follies Girl", which she wrote, directed, and created. The dark comedy follows a burlesque dancer in a 1930s speakeasy and the mysterious deaths of the showgirls in the club. Each showgirl is an original character played by Alexandra.
She has also produced and starred in several other projects, including "Plus One" and "OMgasm", her directorial debut. Additionally, she produced and starred in "Extropia", an avant-garde "musical in a world without music" that earned critical acclaim in Los Angeles.
Alexandra has immersed herself in the art of independent filmmaking, working both in front of and behind the camera. She has packaged and promoted her films throughout the film festival circuit.

Alexandra is the co-founder of the American Repertory Alumni Association Artist Lab, which helps graduates of the A.R.T. raise money and produce their own work. Additionally, she organizes a yearly panel that brings together top industry professionals and soon-to-be graduates of the A.R.T. to facilitate the transition from academia to the professional world.
In her free time, Alexandra has worked closely with Habitat for Humanity in Los Angeles and has spent time in Brazil building sustainable eco-friendly housing for low-income families.
