Alex's journey in the world of acting began when he was just a young student, landing the role of a Munchkin in a school production of The Wizard of Oz. This early exposure to the stage sparked a passion that would only continue to grow as he entered high school.
It was during his high school years that Alex truly discovered the thrill of performing, taking on numerous roles in various plays. His portrayal of Edgar Allan Poe in a 1999 production earned him the prestigious Best Actor award, a recognition that further solidified his dedication to the craft.
Following high school, Alex enrolled in the School of Theater and Dance at the University of Florida, where he honed his skills and was awarded Best Supporting Actor for his work in The Laramie Project. This marked the beginning of his film career, with opportunities arising in the form of commercials, student films, and an independent feature.
Upon graduating with Honors and a BFA in Theater Performance, Alex set out to broaden his experience by embarking on a journey of extensive travel throughout Central America, Europe, and Asia. In Ukraine, he found work in commercials, while in Bollywood, he worked on soaps, commercials, and voice-overs.
Upon his return to the United States, Alex has remained actively engaged in the film, television, and commercial industries, where his passions and skills have allowed him to continue working in a career he loves. His ultimate goal remains to touch, move, and inspire his viewers and fans through his performances.
