As the leader of And You Films and the Spooky Empire Film Festival, Aléa seamlessly merges narrative impact with community engagement, driving creative and strategic efforts that resonate with diverse audiences. Her most notable achievement to date is producing the Emmy-nominated documentary "Remembering Innsbruck: The Story of the 1979 Avalanche" for Stetson University, a film that played a pivotal role in the restoration of Hulley Tower, which broke ground in February 2025.
Aléa's educational background in Theatre Arts from Rollins College served as the foundation for her acting career, which boasts credits in notable productions such as "Cobra Kai," "Magic Mike's Last Dance," and "The Right Stuff." As a proud member of SAG-AFTRA and AEA, she transitioned into producing in response to her own experiences navigating the industry as a woman.
