Blair Brienza, a multifaceted individual, has made a name for themselves in the entertainment industry by specializing in the unexpected. They have appeared in a variety of roles, including television shows such as Lucifer's "Partners 'Til the End" (2021),The Blacklist's "The Kazanjian Brothers (No. 156/157)" (2020),and New Amsterdam's "Pilot" (2018).
Blair's acting career has taken them down a wide range of paths, from playing a reptilian bassist in "Lower East Asides" (2020) to portraying a volatile recovering addict in "Spring Street" (2017). They have also taken on the role of an industry con artist inspired by Marie Castaldo in "Even Just" (2020). In addition, Blair co-wrote and performed in the thriller "Prime Matter" (2018),which was shot in 2018 and eerily portrays life mid-evacuation of New York City infected with an airborne contagion.
Blair's stunt career began with doubling and has since progressed to action acting and stunt driving. They have also had the opportunity to work in the stage production of "Above Us," a devised two-character rooftop drama, which was performed at the New York Fringe Festival. Additionally, Blair has appeared in "The Waste Land" at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
As an educator, Blair has taught acting at the School of Film/Video at CalArts, their alma mater. They have also received additional training from the Michael D. Cohen Acting Studio. Blair has also trained in New York at Apartment 929 with Clark Middleton, The Studio with Brad Calcaterra, and The Barrow Group with Seth Barrish and Lee Brock.
