Ago Roo, a renowned Estonian actor, was born on May 11, 1946, in the quaint town of Visusti, nestled within the picturesque Saadjärve municipality of Tartu County.
He embarked on his educational journey, graduating from Elva Middle School in 1964, and later, from the prestigious Theater Arts Department of Tallinn State Conservatory, completing his third year in 1968.
Roo's early professional endeavors took him to the Rakvere Theater, where he honed his craft from 1968 to 1969, before transitioning to the Endla Theater in Pärnu, a stint that lasted from 1969 to 1978.
For over three decades, from 1978 to 2009, Roo proudly donned the mantle of an actor at the esteemed Tallinn City Theatre.
