Agnes Tong hails from Ottawa, Ontario, where her early life was deeply rooted in the world of dance. With a rich background in this captivating art form, she spent several years honing her craft as a professional dancer. However, as her passion for the stage continued to evolve, she made the bold decision to pivot and pursue a career in acting. This marked the beginning of an exciting new chapter in Agnes's life, as she enrolled in Vancouver's esteemed Studio 58, Theatre Arts Acting Program. Upon graduating from this prestigious institution, Agnes made a triumphant debut with numerous prominent theatre companies, including The Arts Club, Globe Theatre, Caravan Farm Theatre, Gateway Theatre, and Bard on the Beach, among others. Today, Agnes Tong is a multifaceted individual who wears many hats, including those of actor, dancer, meditator, breathworker, educator, director, and dance party starter, while also indulging in her love of hammocks.
