Agnes Mayasari is a multifaceted Asian American actress, model, beauty pageant winner, and stunt performer. Born in a refugee camp in Indonesia to parents who escaped Vietnam after the Vietnam War, Agnes' name, Mayasari, means "the most beautiful flower". She is trained in Meisner, Chubbuck, and improv techniques in Los Angeles and Atlanta.
Agnes' background is a unique blend of Vietnamese and Chinese, and she grew up speaking fluent Vietnamese and English. She also learned basic Chinese and French, and has played a wide range of characters from Vietnamese, Chinese, Korean, Thai, and Hmong backgrounds, often requiring her to speak the language on camera. Her dedication to her craft is evident in her extensive training and experience in martial arts, weapons, drawing, computers, programs, art, and music.
With a strong foundation in acting, Agnes has gotten booked for action films and TV shows, but has recently been taking on more dramatic roles. She has won numerous competitions, including Maxim's Finest for the South East, Miss Photogenic in the Vietnamese Beauty pageant, and first place in a photo competition for Refinery29.
