Adam Montoya, a native of San Diego, embarked on his professional journey in 2009 as a YouTube video creator. Initially, he focused on producing Call of Duty: World at War content, before transitioning to newer Call of Duty titles and eventually, a wide range of games.
Adam's academic background is rooted in "Television, Film & New Media Production," which he pursued at San Diego State University. During his time there, he created several short films, with one notable exception being "Welcome," which remains relatively unknown to this day.
Prior to establishing himself on YouTube, Adam attempted to launch a production company, but unfortunately, it did not achieve the desired level of success. His breakthrough on the platform came when he received support from notable figures such as Shaun "Hutch" Hutchinson, Beyond CompareX, and others.
Adam's rise to fame was largely attributed to his ability to educate and entertain his audience while improving their gaming skills. As he continued to produce content, his personality began to dominate his videos, ultimately becoming the primary driving force behind his work.
In 2010, Adam became a full-time employee at Machinima, where he was responsible for video creation and various other tasks. However, he left the company in the fourth quarter of 2011, around the same time as Shaun "Hutch" Hutchinson. Since late 2011, YouTube has become Adam's primary occupation, and he has remained dedicated to his craft.
