Abe's acting career commenced at the tender age of 8 with a school play, but his trajectory soon shifted towards the violin. He has since been involved in numerous musical productions, including My Fair Lady, Amahl and the Night Visitors, Anything Goes, Jekyll & Hyde, Guys & Dolls, and Wizard of Oz, as well as operas such as Rigoletto and Tosca, serving as a member of the pit orchestra.
As his passion for the performing arts continued to grow, Abe decided to explore the realm of screen and stage production, rather than solely providing the music. This led to various roles in student shorts, including 'Cast of A Thousands', and a stint as a Location Manager alongside future writer and director, Peter Sullivan, further solidifying his enthusiasm for filmmaking.
As an accomplished actor and producer, Abe has an impressive portfolio of two full-length films to his credit. God of Vampires, which premiered in a limited theatrical run during the summer of 2010 and later on cable television in April 2011, is now widely available on DVD. Similarly, School of Horror is also in wide distribution on DVD.
Most recently, Abe appeared as Roberti, the Cardinal and a police agent, in a Boston Youth Symphony Orchestra production of Tosca, showcasing his versatility and range as a performer.
