Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?

A middle-aged married couple, George and Martha, engage in vicious verbal battles, fueled by excessive drinking, which masks their emotional dependence on each other. Their toxic relationship is complicated by George's job as an associate history professor at a university where Martha's father is the president. When a young couple, Nick and Honey, visit for a nightcap, they become entangled in George and Martha's games of emotional manipulation and abuse, which ultimately reveal a dark secret about their unseen 16-year-old son.
