Hiroshi Takagi struggles to cope with the devastating consequences of a fatal car crash that claims the life of his beloved girlfriend, Ryôko Ooyama.

A young man, Hiroshi, regains consciousness in a hospital after a traumatic accident, only to discover his memory is erased. His curiosity is piqued by a medical textbook, leading him to enroll in medical school, where he attracts the attention of a classmate. However, his fixation is on a deceased woman whose dissection he becomes fascinated with.
