In 1907, the French President creates the first motorized police brigade, dubbed the Tiger's brigades, to combat a surge in violent crime. The unit's first mission is to take down notorious anarchist Jules Bonnot and his gang, led by chief inspector Paul Valentin and his team of inspectors.
