A pair of recovering addicts, Maxx and Lisa, are recruited by a clan of vampires, led by the charismatic Darius, who promise them a life of immortality. To join, they must give up their humanity and become vampires themselves. As they adapt to their new lifestyle, their addiction to drugs transforms into an addiction to human blood, leading them deeper into a life of debauchery.
