On a starry night, the baby Jesus is born and a bright light signals his arrival. King Herod, jealous of the newborn savior, threatens the Christ child. An ox and donkey, living in the stable where Jesus was born, team up to thwart Herod's plan. The ox rallies other barnyard animals to slow down the king's soldiers, while the donkey guides Jesus, Joseph, and Mary to safety.
