The Great Sioux Massacre background

The Great Sioux Massacre

A power-hungry politician, Custer, fuels his anti-Sioux crusade in the 1870s, driven by self-interest rather than protecting Native American rights.

The Battle of Little Big Horn is reexamined, focusing on Custer's troops and their fateful encounter. Despite being a strong advocate for fair treatment of Native Americans, Custer is removed from his position and forced into retirement. Driven by ambition, he is persuaded by a senator to run for president, leading him to challenge General Terry at Little Big Horn.
