Hold My Hand is a film written by Masayuki Imai before his passing in 2015. The script, which originally had the main character going to Heaven, was rewritten to keep the character alive after Imai's death. The film features cameos from many artists and will be released in Japan on May 28th to commemorate Imai's first memorial.

The scriptwriter Masayuki Imai's final work, Hold My Hand, eerily predicted his own death, as he included himself in the story, symbolically leaving for the afterlife.
