Stroszek

Bruno Stroszek, a former prisoner, struggles to make a living as a street musician after his release, relying on his glockenspiel and accordion skills. He befriends a prostitute named Eva and together they face hardships and violence at the hands of their pimps. The duo decides to leave Germany with their eccentric neighbor, Scheitz, who moves to Wisconsin, seeking a fresh start. In the harsh winter landscape, Bruno finds work as a mechanic and Eva becomes a waitress, and they purchase a trailer. However, their new life is short-lived as financial troubles, Eva's desire for privacy, and the threat of losing their trailer force Bruno to confront the harsh realities of his new life.
