A group of homeless individuals discover a mysterious drink called "Viper" that has a deadly and gruesome effect: it causes those who consume it to melt away. As they try to survive the toxic brew, they must also contend with a violent Vietnam veteran and the junkyard owner who seeks to eliminate them.
