Scorpio

A former CIA operative is tasked with taking out his old superior, sparking a perilous game of cat and mouse as he navigates the dangerous landscape of the Cold War.

Cross, a CIA field agent, has returned to Washington DC after completing a case in Paris. He is accompanied by Jean Laurier, a French assassin known as Scorpio, who has been mentored by Cross. The two part ways at the airport, unaware that Scorpio was hired by the agency to eliminate Cross due to his plans to quit and potential threat to sell secrets to the Communists.
