Josh Davies, an agnostic, is consumed by hatred for Christianity and his ex-girlfriend Connie after she became a Christian. He meets Bill and Karen, members of the Black Circle, a group seeking to eradicate Christianity. Karen, with supernatural powers, seduces Josh and tasks him with killing Connie and destroying her church.
