In this action-packed film, a young boy named Pietje Bell is falsely accused of stealing a watch and is thrown into jail without a trial. However, he soon escapes and is proven innocent, only to find himself in the midst of a larger criminal underworld. With the help of his gang, Pietje sets out to take down the corrupt authorities and bring justice to those who have wronged him. Along the way, he must also navigate a complex web of alliances and rivalries, all while staying one step ahead of the villainous Stark, who will stop at nothing to get what he wants.
