A group of friends, including a reckless sailor, embark on a yacht trip in Mexico to celebrate a birthday. As they sail, they drink and reminisce about the past, but things take a turn when the sailor's girlfriend suggests stopping to swim. After a prank goes wrong, the group finds themselves stranded in the middle of the ocean with no way to climb back on the yacht. With the baby left alone on the boat, the friends must fight for survival in a desperate struggle to stay alive.
