Two former war comrades, Liberty and Bash, now dedicate themselves to guiding at-risk youths towards a path of redemption, while a former friend, Jesse, becomes embroiled with drug traffickers. When Jesse's life is tragically cut short, Liberty and Bash must wage a new battle, this time on their own turf, to take down the forces of crime that destroyed their friend's life.
