The film tells the story of the world's first supersonic passenger jet, Concorde, from its inception in 1969 to its eventual downfall. Initially, Concorde was a symbol of luxury and innovation, capable of flying the wealthy and famous across the Atlantic in just 3 hours and 45 minutes while maintaining an impeccable safety record. However, this all changed on July 25th, 2000, when a series of unfortunate events outside Paris led to a tragic accident, resulting in the first fatality in Concorde's 27-year history, killing 115 people and marking the end of the supersonic era.
