Christmas in Conway

A cranky man named Duncan decides to set up a 45-foot-high used Ferris wheel in his backyard as a Christmas present for his wife, Suzy, who is recovering from a hospital stay. The idea comes from a romantic ride on a Ferris wheel where he proposed to her. He gets help from a former student, Tommy, who is grateful to Suzy for helping him turn his life around. However, the neighbors, including a prim and proper woman named Gayle, are not pleased with the unusual decoration and try to stop it due to zoning laws.
